Collection: More spices

Depeperwinkel offers a variety of spices in addition to the wide range peppers and pseudopeppers. Here too, these spices have a "story," like green cardamom, which offers Guatemalan farmers a new perspective now that the coffee and pineapple markets barely offer them any security.

It's not a static range. New spices are added regularly, such as soon korarima, another member of the cardamom family.

Are you a fan of mulled wine Make your own spice mix, from orange peel (unsprayed)Star anise, green cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, and coriander seed. Prefer something more basic?

Take Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom and star anise. Proportion per bottle of wine 750 ml: 1 stick of Ceylon cinnamon or 2 teaspoons cinnamon sticks (not too generous!), 4-5 cloves, 3-4 large cardamoms, 1-2 star anise pods.
