How can you reach us?
The easiest way to reach us is via the contact form (link at the bottom of every page) or by email to ct@foodandspices.nl. You reach us by phone on working days only at +31 (0) 481-785 767. You can order our products through our webshop depeperwinkel.nl, or at the market stall.
Offer
All products offered on the website are in stock unless otherwise stated. Each offer is subject to availability. All products are provided with the most complete description possible and accurate images to help you make the right choice. If an offer is only valid for a limited time—such as a discount—we will explicitly state this in the offer.
Distance selling (web shop)
The (purchase) agreement
With every purchase, we—you as the buyer, and we as the seller—enter into an agreement. You confirm this by agreeing to our offer (shopping cart) and the Terms and Conditions. This completes the purchase and makes it irrevocable, with the understanding that you can invoke your statutory right of withdrawal (see below).
The order
Payments via the payment button in the web shop are made through the secure portal of the Canadian Shopify or Pay.nl. Pay.nl is a Dutch payment institution under the supervision of De Nederlandsche Bank. You get certainty above all with the Pay.nl A guarantee fund created to protect you when an online store—us, in this case—unexpectedly cannot deliver and cannot meet its refund obligations.
Dispatch
We are responsible for the shipment until you receive it. If your shipment doesn't arrive or is significantly delayed, please contact us, not the carrier. We also closely monitor the shipping process via track and trace.
Delivery
Because spices are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see below), it's important to refuse a shipment if you suspect the contents may be damaged or if the package is visibly damaged. Take a photo of the package so the damage is clearly visible before opening it, and contact us immediately if, despite all due care, anything is wrong with the shipment.
Revocation
Cancellation is another term for the cooling-off period. Legal rules apply. You must exercise this right within 14 days of receiving your product(s). You do not need to give a reason.Perishable goods and custom work - we fill our own brand spices Freshly prepared per order in your desired quantity – are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as are (already) used products. Please read the terms and conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal carefully! These can be found at the foot of all websites.
Returns
We have established rules for returns that you must adhere to. Read the return policy via the link at the bottom of the page.

If you have any comments or suggestions about our products, our website, or our service, we'd love to hear from you! The sooner you share your complaint with us, the better. We'll respond the same business day, if possible.
