Offer

All products offered on the website are in stock unless stated otherwise. Every offer is subject to availability. All products are provided with the most complete description possible and true-to-life images so that you can make the right choice. If an offer is only valid temporarily – such as a discount – we will explicitly state this in the offer.

Distance selling (webshop)

The (purchase) agreement

With every purchase, we—you as the buyer and we as the seller—enter into an agreement. You confirm this by agreeing to our offer (shopping cart) and the General Terms and Conditions. The purchase is hereby concluded and becomes irrevocable, with the understanding that you may invoke the statutory right of withdrawal (see below).

The order

Payments via the payment button in the webshop are processed via the secure portal of the Canadian Shopify or Pay.nl. Pay.nl is a Dutch payment institution supervised by the Dutch Central Bank. You get security above all else with the Pay.nl guarantee fund established to protect you when a webshop – us in this case – is unexpectedly unable to deliver and cannot fulfill its refund obligations.

Dispatch

We are responsible for the shipment until the moment you have received it. If your shipment does not arrive or is severely delayed, please contact us, not the carrier. We also closely monitor the shipping process ourselves via track and trace.

Delivery

Because spices are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see below), it is important that you refuse a shipment if you suspect that the contents of the shipment may be damaged or if the package is visibly damaged. Take a photo of the package so that the damage is clearly visible before you open it, and contact us immediately if, despite all care, there is anything wrong with the shipment.

No-show

When a package is presented without defects but refused, or is handed over to a service point but is not collected, the following is retained: depeperwinkel reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for a 'no-show', or to deduct it from any amount to be refunded.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal is another word for the cooling-off period. Statutory rules apply to this. You must exercise this right within 14 days of receiving your product(s). No statement of reason is required. Perishable goods and custom-made items - we fulfill our own brand spices Freshly cut per order in the quantity you desire are excluded from the right of withdrawal; the same applies to (already) used products. Return

We have established rules for returns that you must strictly adhere to. Please read the return rules via the link in the footer of the webpage.

Complaint ?

Should you have any comments or remarks regarding our products, our website, or our service, we would like to hear them! The sooner you share your complaint with us, the better. We will respond the same (working) day whenever possible.
