We treat and process our spices under hygienic conditions in accordance with the hygiene code HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Some products contain allergic components (mustard seeds) or traces thereof. The risk of Cross-contamination is very limited due to our careful way of working, but herbal dust is in the air and no product can therefore be 100% guaranteed. are allergy-free, with the exception of pre-packaged products from Segida (piment d'Espelette) and Nestia (merkén).

We do not supply products containing peanuts or nuts are processed, nor grains (gluten), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupine, milk, molluscs, soybeans or sulfur dioxide. In our production area the presence of These products are not permitted, not even for consumption.

Medical claims
