We handle and process our spices under hygienic conditions in accordance with the hygiene code. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Some products contain allergenic components (mustard seed) or traces thereof. The risk of Cross-contamination is very limited due to our careful way of working, but herbal dust is in the air and therefore no product can be 100% guaranteed. be allergy-free, with the exception of the pre-packaged products from Segida (piment d'Espelette) and Nestia (merkén).
