We have a limited range of herbs. All grow in the wild, and are therefore not fertilized or sprayed. The range includes four herbs from the island of Crete: basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme, and one from Italy, how could it be otherwise: basil.
The aromas are unparalleled, as is the cooking performance. The dried basil is a must in your sugo, and just like the delicate rosemary leaves, they won't let you down when you bake them in the oven or on the stove!
