Apiaceae

The Apiaceae family, or umbellifer family, comprises over four hundred plant genera. Some of the most important culinary plants in this family include anise, dill, lovage, parsnip, parsley, celery, and fennel. Coriander is also one of them. We currently have only this one in our shop, from Italy, grown organically. A wonderful product!
