Apiaceae

The Umbelliferae family, or Apiaceae, is a family with over four hundred plant genera. Some culinarily important plant species in this family are anise, dill, lovage, parsnip, parsley, celery, and fennel. But also coriander. We currently have only this one in our shop, from Italy, organically grown. A magnificent product!
