Winteraceae

We offer no fewer than two Winteraceae, spices from the Southern Hemisphere. The Tasmanian pepper from Tasmania and the Canola pepper from Chile. The first, formerly called Drymis lanceolata, is now Tasmannia lanceolata, and the second, Drymis winteri. Very distinctive peppers with the spicy sesquiterpene polygodial.
