The internet is open every day, every hour of the day, and so is our webshop. Behind this digital 'shop', we are ready to serve you as best as possible, but primarily only on working days during office hours. Outside of these hours, we also monitor the webshop closely and prepare orders.
As a rule, we ship orders on all days of the week except Sunday, from Monday to Friday (maximum two pick-up times per day) and on Saturday (one pick-up time).
At this moment, we have not yet scheduled a shorter or longer holiday closure.
Our helpdesk is open during office hours.
These are the opening hours for 2026:
Monday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (changed)
Offline only on Saturday Reachable via the email button on the website (not by phone) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for matters concerning orders.
On the following holidays we are closed and also not reachable by phone.
- Christmas: Friday, December 25 and Saturday, December 26, 2026
- New Year's Eve: Thursday, December 31, 2026
- New Year's Day: Friday, January 1, 2027
- Other dates in 2027 will follow later.
