Opening and closing times 2025

The internet is open 24/7, and so is our online store. Behind this digital 'store', we are ready to help. To serve you as best as possible, but in principle only during business hours on weekdays. We also keep a close eye on the online store outside these hours and prepare orders. for.

If we're temporarily unavailable, we'll process your order upon your return. You'll usually not notice this, and we ship orders Monday through Friday, sometimes even on Saturdays.

Our helpdesk is open during office hours.
These are the opening hours for 2025:

Monday 9:00 u - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00 u - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 u - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 u - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 u - 15:00 you

Offline only on Saturdays available (not by telephone) from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for matters concerning orders.

On Sundays and public holidays we are closed.
The next national holidays are Christmas (25 and 26 December 2025) (see below) and New Year's Day (1 January 2026)

Holiday closure

We will be closed in week 52 (the period from December 22nd to 26th). Orders placed before December 18, 12:00 PM are placed, will be processed and shipped before the closing period.

Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped from December 29th on a first in, first out basis.
