Right of withdrawal
The legislator has provided for the possibility to return items delivered by an online store to the store without giving a reason and to cancel the order. This becomes the right of withdrawal mentioned. The period within which a claim can be made is called the cooling-off period (cooling-off period) named.
The law provides for a cooling-off period of fourteen calendar days after delivery. However, please note. Perishable foodstuffs are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons (food safety), as are custom-made products.
This exclusion applies to all spices offered by us, partly because we pack each order individually in the quantity requested by the customer. The right of withdrawal therefore applies only to non-food items.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of your notification and an explanation of the procedure by email without delay.
How does it work?
Pursuant to the right of withdrawal, you have the option to cancel the purchase and request a refund of the purchase price, or to request an equivalent replacement product. Should you choose the latter, we will arrange for its immediate shipment upon receipt of the return shipment, subject to availability.
Any price differences in your favor will be settled with you immediately by means of a refund. In the event of an additional payment, you will receive a supplementary order from us with a payment request. Your new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible after receipt of the additional payment. In both cases, you will receive a written confirmation of the arrangements from us.
After you have indicated within the cooling-off period that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have - once again - fourteen calendar days to return your purchase, provided it is unused and undamaged and in compliance with the rules below.
Who pays what?
The right of withdrawal entitles you to a refund of the purchase costs of the product(s) in question, including the contribution paid for the handling and shipping costs of the initial shipment, on a pro rata basis if the withdrawal does not concern all received products.
The costs of returning the product are at your expense, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Important! Refusal and no-show - return shipping costs
Unless you refuse a package because it arrived damaged (take a photo of it and send it to us) or bears the return costs themselves, we are entitled to the actual costs incurred for the return. Since those costs can vary we charge you the current minimum amount €7.50 incl. VAT will be charged.. As soon as the package is returned to us, your order will be (partially) cancelled and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

This speaks for itself.If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt via our contact form or by telephone with the helpdesk. Always assess upon receipt whether the packaging is damaged, and you may assume that the contents are as well. Refuse severely damaged packaging!
3. The product is properly packaged and shipped with the correct postage.
Please note! We do not accept packages subject to penalty postage. Ensure sufficient postage, and therefore do not use a parcel stamp for sending a (larger) package.
Refund
Provided the above-mentioned rules have been met, we will instruct you to issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned product, deducting any actual return costs incurred by us (see above).
Generally, you will receive the payment in your account two to five days after the transfer. If the rules are not adhered to, we reserve all rights.
