Our privacy regulations (GDPR)
Your personal information will not be sold or passed on to third parties, nor used for direct marketing. Your personal information is solely intended for the processing of your order and aftercare (such as warranty). Your information is stored in a secure, non-public database.
If you place an order on our website, we ask for your name, address details and email address. We use this information to properly handle the delivery of your product. We also ask for your telephone number. Useful for the orderer, but not necessary. Feel free to enter some zeros if you do not want to reveal your telephone number.
The carrier we use is obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Both your address details and your payment and transaction details are sent via secure connections, so that 'eavesdroppers' have no chance to intercept your data. Our employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality, just like the companies that have access to your data, such as our accountant and our payment service providers. We have concluded processing agreements with all parties with which we share your personal data that guarantee privacy.
We use your email address to keep you informed of the progress of your order, but no more after that. Your email address will only be used to send our digital newsletter if you have given us explicit permission to do so. If you no longer wish to receive this newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in the newsletter or by asking us via the contact form.
Finally, we have a guest account and a customer account. The guest account is for one-time use, the customer account offers you the convenience of using it for your next order and viewing your order history. You can adjust the personal data of your customer account yourself. If you want to have your customer account deleted, or if you want to know what data we have stored, please use this GDPR link (NL) or GPDR link (EN)
