Our privacy regulations (GDPR)

We do everything we can to ensure the security of your personal data. We use a privacy policy for this. You can view and download this via the link below. Below is a brief summary of our privacy policy:

Your personal information will not be sold or passed on to third parties, nor used for direct marketing. Your personal information is solely intended for the processing of your order and aftercare (such as warranty). Your information is stored in a secure, non-public database.

Trust Pilot
We use the Trustpilot review system. In order to send you an invitation, we pass on your name, email address and order number to Trustpilot. Trustpilot only uses this information to identify you as a user and send you an invitation. Your first name will be displayed on the internet with the posted review. Your email address will not be displayed publicly.

Carriers
 If you place an order on our website, we ask for your name, address details and email address. We use this information to properly handle the delivery of your product. We also ask for your telephone number. Useful for the orderer, but not necessary. Feel free to enter some zeros if you do not want to reveal your telephone number.

The carrier we use is obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Both your address details and your payment and transaction details are sent via secure connections, so that 'eavesdroppers' have no chance to intercept your data. Our employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality, just like the companies that have access to your data, such as our accountant and our payment service providers. We have concluded processing agreements with all parties with which we share your personal data that guarantee privacy.

We use your email address to keep you informed of the progress of your order, but no more after that. Your email address will only be used to send our digital newsletter if you have given us explicit permission to do so. If you no longer wish to receive this newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in the newsletter or by asking us via the contact form.

Finally, we have a guest account and a customer account. The guest account is for one-time use, the customer account offers you the convenience of using it for your next order and viewing your order history. You can adjust the personal data of your customer account yourself.
