Collection: Spices

Herbs are the green parts of the plant, meaning the leaves and stems. The seeds and flower buds are called spices. In our herb selection, we choose those with remarkable ethno-botanical properties, just like spices. Take our range of four Cretan herbs, which are inextricably linked to the character of the island of Crete, an island that exudes fragrant herbs like no other place in Europe.

We also chose these herbs from Crete and the Italian marjoram because of their intense flavour palette.
