Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties, nor used for direct marketing. Your personal information is intended solely for processing your order and providing aftercare (e.g., warranty). Your data is stored in a secure, non-public database.

Trustpilot
We're active on Trustpilot's review system. Previously, we took the initiative ourselves, and our customers didn't receive an invitation from Trustpilot. Now we do. And for good reason. This eliminates fake reviews from Trustpilot. Only existing customers are allowed access to the rating system. A good thing, although you might wonder why so many companies promise high(er) ratings with "real customers." We certainly wouldn't consider doing business with such companies.

If you take the time to write a review, regardless of your rating, thank you.

Carriers
 When you place an order on our website, we ask for your name, address, and email address. We use this information to ensure the proper delivery of your product. We also ask for your phone number. This is helpful for the customer, but not essential. Feel free to enter a few zeros if you prefer not to share your phone number.

The carrier we engage is obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Both your address information and your payment and transaction details are sent via secure connections, preventing eavesdroppers from intercepting your data. Our employees are bound by confidentiality, as are the companies that have access to your data, such as our accountant and our payment service providers. We have processing agreements in place with all parties with whom we share your personal data, ensuring privacy.

We use your email address to keep you informed about the progress of your order, but not after that.

Finally, we offer a guest account and a customer account. The guest account is for one-time use, while the customer account allows you to use it for future orders and view your order history.
