We make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data. To this end, we maintain a privacy policy. You can view and download this via the link below. Below is a brief summary of our privacy policy:

Your personal information is not sold or passed on to third parties, nor is it used for direct marketing. Your personal information is intended solely for processing your order and for after-sales service (e.g., warranty). Your data is stored in a secure, non-public database.

Trustpilot
We are present on the Trustpilot review system. Previously, we took the initiative ourselves and our customers did not receive an invitation from Trustpilot. Nowadays, they do. And for good reason. This allows Trustpilot to exclude fake reviews. Only existing customers are admitted to the rating system. A good thing, although one might wonder why so many companies promise high(er) scores with 'real customers'. In any case, we wouldn't dream of doing business with such companies.

If you take the trouble to write a review, whatever the rating, thank you for that.

Carriers
 When you place an order on our website, we ask for your name, address details, and email address. We use this information to properly handle the delivery of your product. We also ask for your phone number. This is convenient for the customer, but not necessary. Feel free to enter a few zeros if you do not wish to provide your phone number.

The carrier engaged by us is obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Both your address details and your payment and transaction details are transmitted via secure connections, so that 'eavesdroppers' have no chance to intercept your data. Our employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality, as are the companies that have access to your data, such as our accountant and our payment service providers. We have concluded data processing agreements with all parties with whom we share your personal data that safeguard privacy.

We use your email address to keep you informed about the progress of your order, but not after that.

Finally, we have a guest account and a customer account. The guest account is for one-time use, while the customer account offers you the convenience of using it for subsequent orders and viewing your order history. You can modify the personal details of your customer account yourself.
