Collection: More spices

It is not a static assortment. New spices are added regularly, such as soon. korarima, another member of the cardamom family.

Are you a fan of mulled wine ? Make your own spice blend, from orange peel (un sprayed), star anise, green cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla and coriander seed. Prefer 'basic'?

Take Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, and star anise. Ratio per bottle of wine of 750 ml: 1 stick of Ceylon cinnamon or 2 teaspoons cinnamon sticks (not too generous!), 4-5 cloves, 3-4 large cardamoms, 1-2 star anise pods.
