Crushgrind spice mill Kala in stainless steel version

Henrik Kasper designed this beautiful mill with a mechanism he modeled after the kala flower. He used stainless steel for this. The glass beaker is naturally dishwasher safe, but the grinding mechanism is not. You can easily unscrew the ceramic part to rinse it off. The ceramic element is encased in plastic, the same material used for Lego bricks.

The design is upside down, You hold the grinder upside down and grind by moving the cup back and forth. Making full strokes? Not necessary.

The manufacturer provides a 25-year warranty on every Crushgrind® mechanism.

The mill is suitable for virtually all spices and salt, with the exception of hard seeds such as nutmeg and moist products such as fleur de sel. Tip: use the grinder to grind your own spice blends based on whole spices. Fresh off the press!
