Dispatch

We do our utmost to prepare an order for shipment on the day of payment. The package is handed over to our carrier no later than the next day. You can expect delivery within 1 to 2 working days, or 3 to 5 working days in Belgium. PostNL – our carrier – will inform you about this; for this reason, we pass on your email address to PostNL, who will in turn pass it on to the carrier in the country of destination if you do not reside in the Netherlands.

We aim for shipping in mailbox packages, which will be delivered to you via your regular postal delivery service; it hardly gets more convenient or greener.

If you have special delivery requests, you can indicate these with your order; a phone call is also fine. If you require an express shipment, please always contact us in advance. Do you have one or more jar(s) or pepper grinder(s) ordered, as you understand, letterbox delivery is not possible; we advise you to choose delivery to a service point/post office.
