We handle and process our spices under hygienic conditions in accordance with the hygiene code HACCP  (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

In Europe, strict rules apply regarding the labeling of foods and whether or not nutritional claims, health claims and medical claims are provided. The use of such claims is subject to European rules, such as Regulation (EU) No. 1924/2006.

The use of medical claims is prohibited when selling and promoting food, in any form whatsoever. We therefore refrain from doing so, verbally or in writing.

We invite you to investigate for yourself. But be careful to only consult recent and reliable sources. Moreover, there is a lot of chaff among the wheat !
