How healthy is a product?
In Europe, strict rules apply with regard to the labeling of foodstuffs and whether or not to make nutritional claims, health claims and medical claims. The use of such claims is subject to European rules, such as Regulation (EU) No. 1924/2006.
The use of medical claims is prohibited when selling and promoting foodstuffs, by any means. We abstain from it, in word and writing.
