Ordering and shipping to other EU countries
Due to the restrictions of our shipping module, we cannot automatically process orders for certain countries within the EU, and all countries outside the EU.
If you do not live in the Netherlands, we will ship our products exclusively to your home address. This may differ from the billing address. The choice is yours.

Shipping costs abroad are considerably higher than domestic rates. Europe is divided from the Netherlands into tariff zones with different tariffs.
For shipping Unpleasant Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy and Sweden (Eurozone 1) we ask for a contribution in the shipping costs that is based on the order amount, just like for shipments within the Netherlands.
For all other countries In the EU, Eurozone 2 applies. For Eurozone 2 we use the total weight of the order (including packaging) as a benchmark. For this zone we make no distinction to home delivery or service and we do not offer a rate for free shipping.

Shipments outside the EU - under the condition
Due to the complex pricing and required customs formalities, we regret that we cannot process your order automatically. Please contact us so that we can create a pro forma invoice for you with suitable shipping conditions.
After you have confirmed this pro forma note, we will send you the final invoice and a payment link.
Once your payment is final, we will ship your order within two working days.
