Our privacy regulations (GDPR)
Your personal information will not be sold or passed on to third parties (including trustpilot), nor used for direct marketing. Your personal information is only intended for the handling of your order and aftercare (such as warranty). Your data is stored in a secure, non-public database.
Both your address details and your payment and transaction details are sent via a secure connection, so that 'eavesdroppers' have no chance to intercept your details. Our employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality, as are the companies that have access to your data, such as our accountant and our payment service provider Pay.nl. We have concluded processing agreements with all parties with whom we share your personal data that guarantee privacy.
If you place an order on our website, we ask for your name, your address details and your email address. We use this information to properly handle the delivery of your product. The data is sent encrypted. We also ask for your phone number. Handy for the buyer, but not necessary. Feel free to enter a few zeros if you don't want to reveal your phone number.
We use your e-mail address to keep you informed of the progress of your order, but no longer after that. Your email address will only be used to send our digital newsletter if you have given us explicit permission for this. If you no longer wish to receive this newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link in the newsletter or by asking us via the contact form.
We have a guest account and a customer account. The guest account is for one-time use, the customer account offers you the convenience of using it for a subsequent order and to view your order history. You can adjust the personal data of your customer account yourself. If you want to see your customer account deleted, or if you want to know what data we have stored, please use this GDPR link (NL) or GPDR link (EN)
