Ordering and shipping to other EU countries

Due to the limitations of our shipping module, we cannot automatically process orders for certain countries within the EU, and all countries outside the EU.

If you do not live in the Netherlands, we only ship our products to your home address. This may be different from the billing address. The choice is yours.

The shipping costs abroad are considerably higher than the domestic rates. From the Netherlands, Europe is divided into tariff zones with different tariffs.

For shipments to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy and Sweden (Eurozone 1) we ask for a contribution to the shipping costs that are based on the order amount, just as for shipments within the Netherlands .

Eurozone 2 applies to all other countries in the EU. For Eurozone 2 we use the total weight of the order (including packaging) as a benchmark. For this zone, we do not differentiate between home delivery or service and do not offer a free shipping rate.

Shipments outside the EU  

Due to the complex pricing, we regret that we cannot automatically process your order. Please contact us so that we can prepare a pro forma invoice for you with shipping conditions that suit you.

After you confirm this pro forma invoice, we will send you the final invoice and a payment link.

When your payment is final, we will ship your order within two business days.
