We advise you to carefully read the full version of our Terms and Conditions as a PDF file. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and all agreements with private customers via this website. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. We offer you the summary below as a service. No rights can be derived from it.
How to reach us?
The easiest way to reach us is via the contact form (link at the bottom of every page) or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can be reached by telephone on working days on +31 (0) 481-785 767. You can order our products via our webshop depeeperwinkel.nl, or in the market stall.
All products offered on the website are in stock unless stated otherwise. For every offer applies 'as far as available'. All products are provided with a description that is as complete as possible and true-to-life images, so that you can make the right choice. If an offer is only valid temporarily - such as a discount - we will explicitly state this in the offer.
Distance sales (online shop)
The (purchase) agreement
With every purchase we, you as buyer, we as seller, enter into an agreement. You confirm this by agreeing to our offer (shopping cart) and the Terms and Conditions. The purchase is hereby concluded and has become irrevocable, on the understanding that you can invoke the statutory right of withdrawal (see below).
Payments via the payment button in the webshop are made via the secure portal of Pay.nl, a Dutch payment institution under the supervision of De Nederlandsche Bank. You get certainty above all with the Pay.nl guarantee fund that was set up to protect you when a webshop - in this case us - is unexpectedly unable to deliver and cannot meet its obligations to refund.
We also offer payment via Paypal to.
We are responsible for the shipment until you have received the shipment. If your shipment does not arrive or is seriously delayed, please contact us, not the carrier. We also keep a close eye on the shipping process itself via the track-and-trace.
Since spices are excluded from withdrawal (see below), it is important that you refuse a shipment if you suspect that the contents of the shipment may be damaged if the package is visibly damaged. Take a photo of the package so that the damage is clearly visible before opening the package and contact us immediately if, despite all care, there is something wrong with the shipment.
Revocation is another word for reflection period. Legal rules apply to this. You must invoke this right within 14 days of receipt of your product(s). A statement of reasons is not necessary. Perishable goods and custom work - we fill our own brand of spices fresh per order in the quantity you want - are excluded from the right of withdrawal, the same applies to (already) used products.Read the conditions for invoking the right of withdrawal carefully!
