Cardamoms

In addition to the one and only (green) cardamom, nature knows various 'pseudo' cardamoms, of which the large or black cardamom is the best known. In both Asia and Africa, various plants with cardamom-like fruits and seeds grow, such as the Chinese hairy cardamom and the African korarima, or false cardamom.

We offer three types of cardamom, plus the pseudopeppers reckoned mbongo and corn of paradise.
